When my first book was released and I was traveling around the country, I kept imagining myself hosting a small wellness gathering. In my mind, I'd be sharing healthy tips, blasting diet culture, and helping people learn about the healing powers of food. I am so pleased to announce that it's finally official. The Essential Living Spring 2022 Retreat will be happening on Saturday, April 2nd, at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.

You may not know this, but I have been diagnosed with three autoimmune diseases (Hashimoto's Thyroid, Meniere's, and Discoid Lupus), which are all managed with healthy eating, moderate exercise, and positive thinking.
