You Weren't Born A Procrastinator

Let's face it, we all procrastinate. We make excuses about why we can't or shouldn't do something. The underlying reason you procrastinate must be addressed so you can let go of your excuses for not doing something.

What's holding you back from moving forward? You weren't born a procrastinator. You learned this habit. It's a safety net that's not doing you any favors. You'll release your limiting beliefs when you face what created your fear, worry, negativity, and anxiety.

Start by acknowledging why you make excuses for yourself so you can change future outcomes. Digging deep can be painful but also very freeing. Getting to the root cause will help you understand and address your procrastination habits. Sit with it for a while and start to let yourself heal. Forgive yourself if needed. Forgive others for yourself if needed. Show yourself love and compassion.

You have a choice. Do the work or stay where you are. But don't complain if you don't put in the time or effort. No one else will do what a self-created positive mindset can do for you.

You have everything you need inside of you. Now use it!

Remember Dorothy's Ruby slippers? They are a metaphor for what you already possess. Click your heels three times. There's no place like home.
