About the event
Due to popular demand, Full Body Fitness is making a comeback in a NEW small group format! Enhance your strength by participating in this combined strength training and cardio session. The session begins with a light cardio warm-up to stimulate blood flow to your muscles. Throughout the class, a mix of upper and lower body exercises are performed using light to medium weights. To wrap up, a blend of yoga, pilates, and mat work is incorporated into the cool-down. All fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, are encouraged to join.
While this group training session is not part of the SkyFitness app or schedule, a SkyFitness membership is mandatory to enroll. Conducted independently by Coach Barbara Ann Bruno Walters, it cannot be purchased using a class pack and is not covered by your membership.
